This gears have been tested all parts are in perfect condition then they are ready for sale with warranty.

We are not scrap yard so every single part is check test and if somethink is not in very good condition be bin it.

Little corosion on gear nt means that part is bad codition or if is little bit dirty but we try keep them all in fresh oil to avoid corosion on out shelfs

you buying today all 3x gears with all bolts washers and bearing ready for your instalation.

Please remember to check your frame if is not cracked before you fit my 3x gears to the pump and crank.

Gap beetween toots have to set when pump is alredy under the block of the engine. Gap cant be to small thight or to big as you can damage all 3x gears again so you can get instruction from me or audi services just ask.

Remeber then low oil pressure will be on your screen dont drive just stop your car becouse turbocharger will be broken if you will drive more that 1 mile. Becouse more than half our customers drive more than 1-2 miles we keep almost all recondition turbochargers in the stock availiable today if you need one and this is also part exchange becouse we use original parts to rebuild turbocharger always with warranty.

We have 3 difrent oil pumps for all 2.0 170 – 140 hp from 2004 – 2014

1^st is from 2004-2005 december chain driven system you can fix it or converted to the gear driven system.

2^nd is second generation gear driven pump which is much better from 2005 december – 2008 december

3^rd generation also gear driven but little bit digrent shafts and bearings inside and pump and balance shafts from 2008 december +

this 3x gears are good for generation 2 nd and 3^rd

this gears will be good for all this engine codes

This gears are not good if you want do conversion from chain becouse is chain driven frame there is no oil canal for middle gear and no space for washer with 2 arms.
